Pavilion Construction was founded in 2007 by its two principle members, Derek Mannelin (CEO) and Brian Gerritz (President). It was their vision to establish reputable contracting services, ensuring quality asset delivery at unparalleled standards. In Pavilion’s early years, it held contracting licenses in three states: California, New Mexico, and Oregon. As project awards began to accumulate, Pavilion has been able to expand its presence to nine western states while strengthening its reputation with the services it provides.
Pavilion firmly believes in providing superior client experiences. In order to maintain exceptional services and continue to exceed client expectations, Pavilion acquired new talents from joining associates. These individuals are the framework of the Pavilion team. With a solid foundation of driven, team-oriented individuals, Pavilion has been able to grow into new sectors in which it now operates. In early 2010, Pavilion expanded beyond multi-family housing into hospitality, retail, office, industrial, municipality, and historic renovations.
As Pavilion moves forward, it is our desire to establish long term, on-going contracting relationships with our clients.
