Summary:
To provide management oversight for all phases of Multi-Family construction projects, including on-site coordination for employees, subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
Project Superintendent - New Mexico
Summary:
To provide on-site coordination for all phases of Multi-Family construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
Assistant Superintendent - New Mexico
Summary:
Responsible for competently carrying out the duties and direction of the Project Superintendent. Responsible for implementing and maintaining a high level of quality control pursuant to the Pavilion Pride Manual, Safety Manual and on time completion of construction project in strict accordance with plans and specifications.
