Responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting in all aspects of construction management activities for multiple projects, maintainging project information, proposals and basic reporting.


• Subcontract Administration
o Tracking and compliance of Subcontract documentation
o Subcontractor Change Orders; assistance in assembly and production, distribution and tracking
o Submittals; Requesting and submission based on plans and specifications, Logging, and Distribution to and from Subcontractors and Architect.

• Owner Contract Administration
o Owner Proposals and Change Orders, Assistance in assembly and production, distribution and tracking
o Assistance with production and distribution of Owner Correspondence
o Assistance with production and distribution of Meeting Minutes, Schedules and monthly reporting instruments

• Project Administration
o Processing Submittals and RFI's
o Accident reports and OSHA reporting
o Collect and monitor subcontractor's insurance coverage, assisting and preparation for annual auditing
o Document Control of projects, including plans, specs and project files
o Collect and monitor project turnover documentation (Certificates of Substantial Completion, Certificates of Occupancy, Maintenance Bonds and Requirements)
 
• Project Closeout
o Punch lists -- Assistance with assembly, distribution and tracking of punch list items as needed
o Document Control of archived projects, including plans, specs and project files
o Assembly and production of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Warranties and other Project Closeout documentation as required
o Quality Control / Warranty Representative -- responsible for customer service and dispatching of subcontractors, claims resolution and follow up on warranty related items.

• Viewpoint software experience Preferred.
• Experienced in supporting senior management as well as providing support to several managers simultaneously
• Communicate using the following tools: telephone, fax machine, written logs, email, computer, blackberry devices, digital camera.
