With over eighteen years at GSL Properties Inc., Derek Mannelin is a proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate team members from architects to project managers to subcontractors. He is a seasoned and effective negotiator, thrives in a challenging environment and has well developed instincts for innovative solutions. In addition, Derek is well versed in construction laws and regulations of multiple states.
With over 6,900 units completed worth over $370 million, his proven track record of designing, formulating and building successful multifamily projects, speaks for itself.
Derek was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and has a BS in Business Administration from Linfield College. He is a licensed Associate Broker in the State of Oregon.
