Tom Sheridan
Estimating and Purchasing Manager
Pavilion Construction is excited to introduce Tom Sheridan as our corporate Estimating and Purchasing Manager. Tom is an Oregon State University graduate and currently resides in Newberg, OR. He has put his Construction Engineering Management degree to great use over the past 18 years, constructing over 1500 multi-family and single family homes. Tom’s contributions to the Pavilion team are focused upon strengthening our estimating and purchasing activities. His involvement will increase Pavilion’s ability to discover, engage, and retain the subcontracted and supply vendors that ensure Pavilion is delivering the highest quality resources, at the best value.
Pavilion is currently expanding our regions of operation to better serve the needs of our growing clientele. Tom is well versed at entering new markets, qualifying new vendors, and delivering competitive results. He will also be providing additional costing and change directive administration to existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate information is made available to the key decision makers.
Tom holds a Construction Engineering Management degree from Oregon State University. He resides in Newberg, OR, with his wife and children.
