Christina Court is an apartment complex designed for community members ages from 55 and above living on a limited income. The three story, wood-framed senior facility offers was built to offer maximum accessibility and adaptability with no ramps, accessible parking and wide hallways and doors. From the pre-development phase to the final delivery, Pavilion implemented plans for Christina Court that achieved LEED Platinum Certification.
