Dexter Hayes Apartments is located along the steep sloped western edge of South Lake Union. Dexter Hayes is designed as a terraced 6-story mixed-use building. The construction included existing structure demolition, site excavation, shoring, cast-in-place concrete footings and foundation walls, post-tension concrete decks, steel framing, and wood framing at the unit floors. The ground floor contains a leasing office and five live-work units.
