In an effort to provide true sustainability, Pavilion constructed the building in a city zoning area that incorporates compact urban infill. Compact urban infill repositions underutilized properties into prosperous communities that are a part of smart growth. It is truly remarkable that this unique process was implemented with no public funding. The building contains 143 bedrooms in a diverse combination of two, three, and four bedroom units. MW8 consists of eight stories of steel, concrete, and CMU block with a GreenGrid Roof System.
