Located at the Southeast corner of 9th Street and Marland in Hobbs, New Mexico, the project includes six multi-family two story Residential Buildings, and one community and maintenance building. Its design and construction is focused on sustainability. The project site includes site retention yard, walking trail, sports court, playground, shades, box garden area, and community barbecue areas.
