Renovations for this project entailed overall site improvements for senior tenants. This included a newly-constructed community center and overall landscaping improvements. Interior unit renovations include new plumbing, conversion to all electric, solar panels, and LED lighting to reinvigorate the quality of life for this affordable housing community.
