Bella Vista Townhomes
Rapid delivery enables clients to enrich community
Aimed at easing the increasing demand for affordable housing in Clovis, New Mexico, Yes Housing, Inc. and Eastern Plains Housing Development Corporation partnered to develop the Bella Vista Townhomes. This affordable apartment community utilized tax credit financing as awarded from the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority. Bella Vista features townhome style living providing ideal housing for families in an area experiencing significant job growth, as agricultural industries revitalize eastern New Mexico.
Pavilion Construction was eager to perform for our non-profit clients. Starting from a ground breaking in mid February, all 61 apartment homes were delivered to the client by late September. Utilizing offsite rough carpentry panelizing, which frames the wood structure into wall and roof components, was a key factor in the accelerated delivery of this asset to our clients. As it became clear that rental revenues could be expected much sooner than anticipated, our clients elected to incorporate additional tenant oriented amenities, enriching the livability of this community.
