Eastwood & Carlton Court Apartments - Portland, OR

The Eastwood & Carlton Court Apartments was a joint modernization project for the Housing Authority of Portland. Scope of work consisted of an extensive interior remodel including replacement of original plumbing, electrical and mechanical upgrades, complete kitchen and bath remodel, flooring, doors, masonry repair, painting, hazardous material removal, concrete work and landscaping.

The focus of these renovations consisted mainly of updating the existing (early 1980s) interiors of each apartment and addressing specific site mobility and amenity deficiencies. Pavilion’s team, working closely with subcontracted trades and suppliers, met the aggressive scheduling goals defined by HAP. The coordination of work also demanded that Pavilion staff report to and resolve concerns from many supervisory levels within the HAP organization.
