HUD Building Expertise
Built in classic Southwestern adobe style, Enchanted Vista II is a 174-unit apartment complex located in the Northwest Hills Westside community of Rio rancho, NM. With spectacular views of the Sandia Mountains, the development is surrounded by ample green space with easy access to parks and trails.

Enchanted Vista II is one of multiple HUD projects completed by the team at Pavilion Construction. As a HUD-approved contractor, our team brings an in-depth of understanding of the HUD building and financing process, as well as the safety and design requirements inherent in HUD projects. Working mostly to develop multifamily projects like Enchanted Vista II, we provide assistance throughout the construction process.
