Heron Creek is a semi-custom condominium community located in Hillsboro, OR, just minutes from Portland. With 275 units, this transit-oriented development incorporated green building methods and materials, including the construction of a wetlands preservation area with a viewing platform. Featuring 13 floor plans, the construction of Heron Creek required detailed planning and expert management on the part of the Pavilion team.
