Rarely does a contractor have the rewarding opportunity to construct a facility that plays such a huge part in the lives of children. Pavilion Construction was honored to construct the Hopewell-Mann Community Center which houses a Boys and Girls club. This facility in centered between two affordable housing communities. Pavilion utilized Insulated Concrete Forms and wood framing techniques in raising the structure. Finishes included kids programming oriented use of materials, focusing upon safety and durability. Pavilion also constructed a commercially licensed kitchen as meals and snacks are regularly provided to club participants. Additional activity centers included a computer lab and gymnasium.
