Downtown hotel gets full makeover
Located adjacent to Portland's downtown Waterfront Park, this hotel property was recently acquired by new ownership who quickly capitalized on its location and began a full renovation of the property. Formerly a Sheraton Four Winds property, the new Hotel 50 has been fully modernized with designer finishes and contemporary styling.
Pavilion Construction renovated all exterior portions of the property. Removal of the shed roofs at the roof line of the building and above the restaurant windows quickly changed the feel of the building. The bright red contrasting tower and glass rails brought further distinctions of modernization, including stone veneer accents and a new entry canopy. The activities of Pavilion Construction were aesthetically rewarding every day as the contemporary styling came into focus.
