Lexington Court was the third modernization project of four that Pavilion Construction completed for the Housing Authority of Portland (HAP) in 2010-2011. Lexington Court was an extensive interior remodel. The modernization included replacement of original plumbing, electrical and mechanical upgrades, complete kitchen and bath remodel, new flooring, doors and paint, masonry repair, hazardous material removal, concrete work and landscaping. Pavilion has been extremely proud to assist in HAP's vision to increase the standard of living in the Portland area through the construction of affordable, modernized public housing.
