Santa Clara Apartment Green Renovation project incorporated the interior renovation of 28 units with new counters, electrical, low flow plumbing fixtures, hydronic heating system, energy star appliances, photovoltaic Solar Panels, windows and slider doors. Exterior to consists of new landscape and drip irrigation system, reroof and upgrades to carport.
