This affordable housing complex offers tenants shared amenities including a community building, classrooms, outdoor spaces, and modern landscaping, as well as on-site parking spaces and case management and counseling. This LIHTC project features 134 parking spots, allowing for convenience and good company. Pavilion was excited to provide this project, which meets LEED sustainability, MFA 2017 Mandatory Design Guidelines, and has a HERS rating of 65 or below
