Located in Portland’s charming River District, the Yards at Union Station is an exclusive apartment community offering urban convenience and access to many of the city’s top amenities. Waterfront Park and Portland’s Saturday Market are just a few blocks away. On site, residents can relax in garden courtyards and enjoy rooftop terraces with spectacular views of the city.

Like many urban high density projects, the Yards at Union Station presented its own set of challenges. Staging was difficult due to the project’s location along a major downtown thoroughfare. To ensure its success, the principals of Pavilion Construction provided extensive architectural detailing, exterior metal work and contaminated soil remediation.
