Merging less dense single family subdivisions with a premier retail shopping plaza, the Villa de San Ignacio Apartments provides a high density housing option rich with local resources. Pavilion Construction worked with the Owner of this 127 unit affordable apartment community through the design phase and lender financing period. Pavilion Construction's early involvement with design coordination and architectural collaboration ultimately resulted in an accelerated construction schedule that delivered finish apartment homes months ahead of schedule with few challenges, as most assemble details were proactively discussed during design. Starting in the Santa Fe winter weather of January, first unit deliveries were made in July with final completion in September.
