Continuing to invest in quality, Pavilion Construction is proud to bring in another well-rounded and qualified professional to its Portland headquarters, Mr. Duane Wilson. Duane is a passionate individual. His values, dedication, and commitment to excellence made him the perfect candidate for the Project Executive position for Pavilion, serving the Oregon and New Mexico regions.
Duane makes a qualified candidate because he is a team-oriented leader with a proven track record. Duane has an extensive background in construction and construction management. Working from the ground up, he has not forgotten his roots. His comprehensive work experiences in purchasing, land development, operations, and superintendent responsibilities allow Duane a greater understanding of the, “whole picture”.
Duane takes pride in the little things. He knows the importance of the various roles and procedures that need to be set in place in order to execute successful business transactions. Duane is a certified master builder with a high-level knowledge of planning, building, and developmental codes. He is highly adaptive, maintaining the highest standards of quality for himself and his team. He has great negotiating and relationship building skills; assets Pavilion considers of great importance. Duane adds, “I like challenges, and I enjoy problem solving. When things don’t go as planned, it’s only then when you really find out what you are made of.”
Currently: Duane is working in collaboration with Scott King and Byron Butcher in the New Mexico region.
