The
Marquis Companies offers 26 assisted living, post acute rehab, home health care and Alzheimer’s care throughout five western states: OR, CA, MT, ID, and NV, making Pavilion a great partner. Through careful planning and thorough approach Pavilion has been able to successfully complete a number of senior housing projects ranging from unassisted to full nursing care. In 2009, Pavilion had the privilege to aid Marquis in rehabilitating two of their facilities,
Marquis Piedmont and
Marquis Wilsonville. The rehabilitation project at Piedmont consisted of the remediation of exterior water intrusion and included the replacement of vinyl siding, stucco removal and replacement, dry rot repair, painting, and gutter removal and replacement. The interior renovations consisted of drywall repair, trim carpentry, and painting. Marquis Wilsonville was a similar rehab. It consisted of repair of the main-level slab, drywall cracks, resetting windows & doors, replacement of identified showers, and painting of exterior trim.
