What does it mean to be ranked one of the top residential remodelers in the Portland area? Frankly, it means a lot of hard work. In a recent July issue of the Portland Business Journal (PBJ) Pavilion Construction was listed among the top 25 residential remodelers in Portland. The top 25 residential remodeler’s ranks are based upon the total value of permits they obtained in the past year ending January, 2010. Pavilion Construction accumulated over $2.8 million worth in permits, earning the number three spot. The $2.8 million was accrued through 6 permits, averaging around $480,000 each permit. Pavilion is honored to be acknowledged as one of the top residential remodelers in Portland.
