Keynote Speaker Karl Mecklenburg

This past June Pavilion Construction teamed up with the
Supportive Housing Coalition of New Mexico to host an exciting series called
Brown Bag with a Bronco. The speaker series features the chance to hear stories and visit with retired Denver Broncos Karl Mecklenburg and Eddie McCaffrey, every sport fan’s dream. Both Mecklenburg and McCaffrey are widely known not only for their stellar NFL careers, but for their motivational speeches as well. Their keynotes encourage perseverance, teamwork, dedication, honesty, forgiveness, and goal setting. They reference to their times as Denver Broncos, how those experiences have helped shape their lives and how they can be applied to every aspect of life; at work, in relationships, and at home.
Mecklenburg kicked off the series on June 29th. After he was introduced Mecklenburg gave his universal message of his unchanging keys to success, tailored to inspire the best qualities in team members. Pavilion Construction Vice President Rob Olson and Project Executive Scott King were in attendance on behalf of Pavilion Construction. Following Mecklenburg’s presentation both Olson and King had the opportunity to sit down and share a simple brown bag of lunch with the six-time, All Pro Denver Bronco linebacker. “I was really impressed with his ability to motivate and inspire the entire room, he was genuine with his words, truly great,” said King. Rob Olson added, “I was amazed with how approachable Mecklenburg was, it was an experience that I will never forget.”
