The Housing Authority of Portland (HAP) is continuing to create affordable, yet higher standard of living residencies in Portland’s metropolitan areas. Pavilion Construction is the contributing contractor aspiring to bring HAPS vision to reality.
Over the past year, Pavilion Construction has revitalized a number of communities for HAP throughout Northeast and Southeast Portland. The most recent completed projects include the Lexington Court Apartments (20 dwellings), and the Eastwood Court Apartments (31 dwellings). Both the Lexington and Eastwood Court Apartments were extensively rehabilitated. Completely renovated internally, they have new floors, electrical and plumbing, new cabinets, countertops, and have been entirely retextured and painted.
A third project, which is projected to be completed this April, is another internal renovation project at Carlton Court (24 dwellings). The fourth project, the forty-six unit Jeanne Anne Apartments, is broken down into two phases. Phase 1 is a complete exterior renovation and Phase 2, a select rehabilitation.
Two of the projects incorporate sustainable features, Lexington and Eastwood Court. Both projects contain pervious concrete and pavers, with “green” water management design. These renovation projects hope to aid in HAP’s goal of revitalizing its housing communities.
