Since joining Pavilion Construction in 2008, Shawna Ziegler coninually proves to be a vital member of the Pavilion team. Shawna is a flexible team player who thrives in environments that require her to demonstrate her ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects.

She is one of the lead corresponding voices for Pavilion. Shawna provides all subcontractor billing support and resources to assist with accurate billings including Davis-Bacon state and federal wage rates, and certified payroll. In addition, her experience with HUD project documentation is an invaluable asset for funding source compliance.

To ensure timely submission of monthly subcontractor billing and expense reports, Shawna works diligently to identify and resolve problems with project accounts. Through her resourceful organization and vast project understanding, Shawna is able to further assist project managers with planning, editing, producing, and distributing subcontracts, proposals, owner and subcontractor change orders.

In essence, Shawna’s responsibilities are many and she is constantly involved with each project from start up to close out. Her professionalism, clear communication and documentation management are exemplary of what Pavilion Construction services and operations are expected to achieve.
