October 9, 2009 - At a celebration on October 8th, 2009, city officials, New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority representatives, developers, architects, builders, property managers, and community members gathered at Villa de San Ignacio to offically cut the ribbon on this new 127 unit affordable housing community in Santa Fe, NM. Villa de San Ignacio started construction in January of 2009 with the first occupancies being award in July. Project completion is scheduled for October 15th. The catered event included statements from project officials, tours of apartment homes and community facilitates, and a luncheon reception. A live band provided entertainment to celebrate the occasion.
