Brought on to Pavilion’s Project Management team in 2008, Wil Speeg’s passion speaks for itself. He loves working with people, providing great client experiences. Wil brings thirty years of knowledge in project management and supervisory roles in government, industrial, and multi-family projects. Wil is a versatile team member with a decorated work background, and a strong work ethic.
Wil is an extremely hard worker. Starting out in Louisiana, Wil worked in the trenches as a structural iron worker, all the while working toward his college degree. Showing effective leadership, enthusiasm, and problem solving skills Wil moved up to fill supervisory and management roles.
Holding high expectations for his performance, Wil welcomes a challenge. Crisis management and problem solving are his strong points. He has dealt with construction projects in the most challenging of terrains including the Alaskan Arctic and the New Mexico desert. Managing projects in rugged geographical areas requires a special individual, a person who can easily adapt to ever changing situations, like Wil Speeg.
Wil values giving clients a unique, unforgettable experience. Also, he says, “Pavilion has a great bunch of people”. He enjoys the atmosphere, the people he works with, and the culture at Pavilion.
