Guadelupe County Dental Clinic consists of a single 3,500 sf one-story building. Foundation is concrete footing, stem wall, and slab on grade. Structure is steel with light gauge steel framing and metal decking over steel joists. Roof is TPO membrane over rigid insulation. Openings include hollow metal doors and frames and aluminum storefront. Exterior is Portland cement plaster and stone veneer. Interior finishes include gypsum board wall finish, carpet, resilient and concrete flooring, gypsum and acoustic ceilings. No fire sprinkler system is included.
