The Miller Community Building New Construction, Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Development project CA16-P021-022, located at 5575 Armitos Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117, was previously bid as a portion of the combined community/braddock/paving project. However, the housing authority refused all responsive bids and have elected to solicit bids for the community building only. The detail below is strickly for the Community Building and maybe updated/revised from the original combined solicitation. In order for for a subcontractor/supplier bid to be deemed responsive, cost must be submitted for exclusively for the community building and reference the bid solicitation dated October 21, 2009 from the HACSB. This project is suject to prevailing wage and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act regulations. MBE and WBE firms are encouraged to provide bids as Section 3 goals have been established for this project. Reference additional information in bid packet for Braddock House Building.
