Santa Clara Apartment Green Renovation project incorporates the interior renovation of 28 units with new counters, electrical, low flow plumbing fixtures, hydronic heating system, energy star appliances, photovoltaic Solar Panels, windows and slider doors. Exterior to consists of new landscape and drip irrigation system. This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 iron, steel and manufactured goods used on this project shall be produced in the United States.
