The Stage Coach Apartment project for the Housing Trust is a 60- unit Low Income Housing Tax Credit development comprised of the rehabilitation of 16 units of the Stage Coach Motor Inn on a 1.25 acre parcel and 44 units new construction and a new community building on an adjacent 4.15 acre parcel.
