Sunport Apartments Albuquerque, NM project is a rehabilitation of an existing 21 unit apartment building including new walls, Doors,Windows, Finishes, Mechanical, and electrical. There are 4 buildings on the property with 3 buildings previously rehabed and 1 building (Building A) that is a part of this request for bid. 
 
A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled and is strongly recomended to view the site and to have a better understanding of the scope of work to be performed on this project.

Bids Due:  Wednesday April 20th 4:00 pm.
