Villa Alegra Phase III - Santa Fe, NM

Villa Alegra Phase III for the Santa Fe Civic Housing Authority consists of 28 wood frame housings units in one phases in 13 buildings and 1 community building. There are two unit types with a mixture of one and two bedrooms. Site work includes multiple yards walls and extensive sidewalks as well as for storm water detention. Stucco finish with both flat and pitched roofs. Heating and cooling is provided by A Geothermal System . All construction and systems will be energy efficient and in compliance with emerging green building technologies.
