Villa Alegre Santa Fe, New Mexico
Construction of 111 wood frame housings units in two phases in 40 buildings and 2 community buildings. Phase One to include 60 units (17 Buildings) and community building, phase two to include 51 units (23 buildings) and community building. There are five different building types with a mixture of one, two, and three bedrooms in both single and two story walled rear yards. Site work includes multiple yards walls and extensive sidewalks as well as undergound cistern system for storm water detention. Stucco finish with both flat and pitched roofs. Heating and cooling is provided by an electric heat pump and the two story houses are equipped wtih photovoltaic panels. All construction and systems will be energy efficient and in compliance with emerging green building technologies.
